受信メールを自動でAlexaに読み上げさせるには、Alexaスキル「メールスピーク」と「スマセンサー」を導入し、
Alexaの「定型アクション」で連携（条件：メール検知／実行：メールスピーク）させてください。
本設定では、連携完了後の詳細な読み上げ設定やメールフィルタ、IoTデバイス連携の設定が行えます。
To automatically read received emails, please install the Alexa skills "mailSpeak" and "SmaSensor", and link them using a Routine (Condition: Mail Detection / Action: mailSpeak).
On this screen, you can configure detailed reading settings, mail filters, and IoT device linkage after linking is complete.
Alexa自動読み上げの利用手順
Steps to use Alexa automatic reading
- スキル導入：Alexaアプリでスキルを検索し「メールスピーク」と「スマセンサー」の2つを有効化します。（マイスキルに登録されます） Skill Installation: Enable both "mailSpeak" and "SmaSensor".
- 連携設定：Alexaアプリの「定型アクション」にて、実行条件を「スマセンサー（デバイス名：メール検知）」、アクションを「メールスピーク」に設定してください。 Linkage Settings: In the Alexa app's "Routines", set the trigger to "SmaSensor (Device Name: Mail Detection)" and the action to "mailSpeak".
- 本画面の設定項目：読み上げ内容の微調整、メールフィルタ、IoTデバイス連携などの設定を行えます。 Settings on this screen: You can configure settings such as fine-tuning reading content, mail filters, and IoT device linkage.

詳細な設定（テンプレート） Templates
「コレクションを使う」を指定した場合、ここの設定内容の代わりに、指定したテンプレートコレクションの内容があれば使用されるようになります。OFFの時はこの設定内容が使用されます。

Alexaが認識する独自の言語で指定する必要がありますので、調べて興味のある方は必ずバックアップしてから自己責任でお試し下さい。通常は変更しなくて問題ありません。

テンプレートコレクションを選択すると、その内容が一時的に適用されます。適用中は直接編集できません。編集したい場合はコレクションを「OFF」にしてください。

テンプレートコレクションとは、テンプレートの内容を動的（テンプレートコレクションを追加すると表示されるプルダウン選択、または同じく振り出されるURLへアクセスすることによるAPI機能によって）に制御・指示することができる機能を実現します。
事例（Alexaの読上げ音を無音にしたい場合）：

テンプレートコレクションは最大30個まで作成できます。
OFFにすると標準のテンプレートに戻ります。
初期に戻す機能はありませんので、バックアップを取りながら変更されることをお勧め致します。

深夜はAlexaの読み上げを表示のみにして音を出さないようにすることもできます。
スマセンサーの＜メール検知＞を実行条件に、Alexaの定型アクションを作成する際に実行条件で曜日やアクティブな時間を指定できます。
その機能を活用して、読み上げの音を出したい場合にはアクションにデバイスの音量を適度なものに指定してから＜mailSpeak スキル＞を実行するようにして、サイレントにしたい場合にはデバイスの音量をゼロに指定してから ＜mailSpeak スキル＞を実行するように制御できます。
もちろん、Alexa デバイス毎に指定できるので、ネット会議中には１時間静かにさせることも定型アクションで設定できます。
mailSpeak スキルが発話中は、画面付き Alexa なら画面をタッチすると発話は中止します。

When creating an Alexa Routine with SmaSensor's <Mail Detection> as the trigger, you can specify the day of the week and active time in the conditions.
Utilizing this feature, if you want the reading sound to be output, you can set the device volume to an appropriate level in the action before executing the <mailSpeak Skill>. If you want it to be silent, you can set the device volume to zero before executing the <mailSpeak Skill>.
Of course, this can be specified for each Alexa device, so you can also set a Routine to keep it quiet for an hour during an online meeting.

@mailSpeak.jp のメアドはSpam対策のため宛先違いがあってもエラーメールを出しません。
受信メールはメールフィルタで「通知」か「破棄」の２択となっていますが、 通知に振分け後にメールスピークスキルで読み上げが行われるまでは一時的に保存（蓄積）しています。
そのため、受信して自動的にメールを読み上げない場合、後でメールスピークスキルを起動して最新順に読上げることも可能です。
