1. 基本操作と画面構成 1. Basic Operation and Screen Layout
管理画面の最上部には、常に表示されるヘッダーバーがあります。設定を変更した後は、必ずこのバーにある保存ボタンを押してください。 There is a header bar always displayed at the top of the management screen. After changing settings, be sure to press the Save button on this bar.

あなたの専用メールアドレスや、現在のアカウント状態を確認できます。 You can check your dedicated email address and current account status.

特定のURLにアクセスすることで、通知を一時的に停止できます（会議中や就寝時など）。 You can temporarily pause notifications by accessing a specific URL (e.g., during meetings or while sleeping).
3. Alexa スキル連携 3. Alexa Skill Linkage
受信したメールをAlexaで読み上げるための設定です。 Settings for having Alexa read out received emails.
- Alexaアプリで「メールスピーク」と「スマセンサー」の2つのスキルを有効化します。 Enable two skills, "mailSpeak" and "SmaSensor", in the Alexa app.

Alexaアプリの「定型アクション」を作成します。
Create a "Routine" in the Alexa app.
- 実行条件:When this happens: スマートホーム ＞ スマセンサー（メール検知） Smart Home > SmaSensor (Mail Detection)
- アクション:Add action: スキル ＞ メールスピーク Skills > mailSpeak
4. メール受信とストレージ仕様 4. Mail Reception and Storage Specs
サーバーに保存されるメールには容量と期間の制限があります。 There are limits on the capacity and duration of emails stored on the server.

制限を超えた場合、古いメールから自動的に削除されます。 If limits are exceeded, older emails are automatically deleted.
5. メール履歴の確認 5. Check Mail History
受信したメールのログを確認できます。メールが正しく届いているか、文字化けしていないかなどをチェックするのに役立ちます。 You can check the log of received emails. This is useful for checking if emails are arriving correctly or if there are any character encoding issues.

6. メールフィルタ設定 6. Mail Filter Settings
特定のメールに対して、自動的にアクションを実行させる設定です。フィルタは上から順に評価され、条件に合致した時点で処理が実行されます。 Settings to automatically execute actions for specific emails. Filters are evaluated from top to bottom, and processing is executed when a condition is met.
設定項目の詳細 Setting Item Details
フィルタを作成する際に選択できる項目は以下の通りです。 The items you can select when creating a filter are as follows.

| サイズSize | より大きい / より小さいGreater than / Less than | メールのサイズ（KB単位）で判定します。Judge by email size (in KB). |
| マルチパートMultipart | Yes / No | 添付ファイル付きメール（マルチパート形式）かどうかを判定します。Judge whether it is an email with attachments (multipart format). |
| 常に実行Always | - | 無条件で実行します。通常はリストの最後に配置し、「その他すべてのメール」に対する処理を定義します。Execute unconditionally. Usually placed at the end of the list to define processing for "all other emails". |
アクションAction

| 通知Notify (STORENOTIFY) | メールを保存し、Alexaに通知を送ります（読み上げ対象になります）。Save the email and send a notification to Alexa (it will be read out). |
| 破棄Drop (DROP) | メールを保存せず、通知もしません（迷惑メール対策などに使用）。Do not save the email and do not notify (used for spam measures, etc.). |
| 何もしないNoop (NOOP) | 特別な処理を行わず、次のフィルタの評価へ進みます。Do nothing special and proceed to the next filter evaluation. |

フィルタ一覧と優先順位 Filter List and Priority
登録されたフィルタはリスト表示されます。右側の操作ボタンで優先順位（評価される順番）を変更できます。 Registered filters are displayed in a list. You can change the priority (evaluation order) with the operation buttons on the right.
7. スマートホームデバイス設定 7. Smart Home Device Settings
メール受信をきっかけに操作したい家電（照明、エアコン、鍵など）を登録します。ここで登録したデバイスは、Alexa側で「スマセンサー」スキルを通じて認識されます。 Register home appliances (lights, air conditioners, locks, etc.) that you want to operate when an email is received. Devices registered here are recognized by Alexa through the "SmaSensor" skill.
デバイスコネクティングポイント Device Connecting Point
自作のIoTデバイスなどからアクセスするための専用URLを発行できます。 You can issue a dedicated URL for access from self-made IoT devices, etc.
- デバイス名称を決めて「更新」 Decide the device name and click "Update"
- リストから再度デバイスを選択し「デバイスアクセスポイントを使用する」をチェックして「更新」 Select the device from the list again, check "Use Device Access Point", and click "Update"
- 再度リストから選ぶとURLが表示されます Select from the list again to see the URL
8. アカウント管理 8. Account Management
パスワードの変更や、アカウントの削除が行えます。 You can change your password or delete your account.
- パスワード変更:Change Password: セキュリティのため定期的な変更をお勧めします。 We recommend changing it regularly for security.
- アカウント削除:Delete Account: 全てのデータが削除され、復元できません。Alexaスキルとの連携も解除されます。 All data will be deleted and cannot be restored. Linkage with Alexa skills will also be canceled.
